ENGLISH CLUB - "Life is brief... so it better be damn good, it better be worth it". (Steve Jobs)
Objective:
To create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere to speak English, hear English, learn English and discover new, interesting topics among English speaking natives.
Method:
Every month, each person will have the chance to discuss their own personal experience or feelings regarding one or two particular subjects or topics.
The topics will not require any prior preparation on the part of the participants, however the topics will be sent to all participants ahead of time so that they may begin thinking about them.
There will be plenty of chance for lively discussion and interaction.
House Keeping Items:
English Club will meet EVERY SECOND TUESDAY at 7:30 PM in Kansas, bar/coffee.
Consistency will be important to make this work for everyone.
We will maintain this schedule with NO changes until further notice.
We will send out email reminders to the Group with the month’s topics one week before each meeting.
Remember:
The idea is to keep it simple; Always the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM and keep it FUN!!
